These courses are focused on the language and specialized terminology needed in the business setting. They cover the language needed to competently give business presentations; conduct interviews; negotiate with business partners; and both hold, and participate in, business meetings. In all these courses, priority is given to the relevant experience, level and requirements of the participants.

Courses include:
- Vocabulary and phrases for each situation.
- Repeated role play activities with feedback.
- Testing and reviewing of new vocabulary and phrases.

- Presentations: The Principles of Composing a Presentation; Answering Audience Questions; Sign Posting; Effective Phrases; Using and Discussing Graphs/Charts/Tables.
- Interviews: Ice-breaking; Introduction Questions; Listening Skills; Structuring Complicated Questions in Various Tenses.
- Meetings: Effectively Start and End Meetings; Nominate Participants in a Meeting; Compose a Report from Meetings; Control the Agenda Effectively.
- Negotiations: Ice-breaking; The Language of Putting in and Meeting a Claim; Negotiation Techniques; Writing Iinformal/Formal Letters/E-mails.
