We started GMAT.cz to help meet the growing need in the Czech Republic for English language expertise and tests. To that end, we offer very focused, 80-hour courses designed to prepare students and professionals for international English language exams and to improve their business English skills. We provide high quality services for clients from both the business and private sectors. Our courses are taught in Prague.

Our team of professionals has developed syllabi for each course, having guided clients to 100% success for over 10 years. We achieve excellent results by limiting the class size to small groups of 1-3 students. The private or semi-private class size allows us to customize courses to the student's specific needs. It also enables us to provide individualized attention to each student.

We offer 3 types of courses:

• GMAT - Preparation for the international MBA admission test GMAT
• ESL - Preparation for international English as a Second Language exams:
  • TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, ILEC
  • Cambridge Certificates: CPE, CAE, FCE, PET, KET, BEC
• Business English - Intensive English language courses focused on the specialized terminology needed in the business setting. Improve your skills in conducting presentations, interviews, meetings (holding and participating in), and negotiations.

All our courses are held in Prague, Czech Republic. We offer two types of course locations:

• In-company courses where the teacher comes to your place of business
• In-class courses are held near to the centre of Prague

Tim Lloyd

Tim takes care of the methodology and syllabi which GMAT.cz uses. He develops the approach to the learning process for our students and monitors the effectiveness and quality of the teaching. He also teaches some of our prep courses (GMAT, TOEIC, TOEFL, ILEC...).

Tim Lloyd's C.V.:

• Since 2000 in the Czech Republic, Tim's been teaching English, preparing students of English as a foreign language for various ESL exams and for using English in business:
  • Cambridge certificates: CPE, CAE, FCE, PET, BEC (Preliminary, Vantage, Higher), ILEC

• During these 10 years he has worked for many Language Schools, such as Tutor, James Cook, Sentia and Slůně, svět jazyků, building the reputation and experience needed to guide both students and teachers through the exam preparation and build-up.

Michal

Michal is a highly qualified and experienced Czech teacher, he has over 8 years of English teaching experience. He studied English and Mathematics at Charles University's Faculty of Education and is ready to prepare our students for the GMAT test. He also teaches other prep courses.

Christopher is a great teacher with a strong interest in linguistics (he speaks French, Italian, Czech and basic German).
